Private practice can be rewarding, but it can also feel isolating. This informal networking event has been created to offer counsellors and psychotherapists in private practice a relaxed space to connect with local colleagues, reduce isolation, and build a supportive professional network. This is a peer-led, informal gathering rather than a training or CPD event. There will be no presentations, no pressure to share, and no expectation to “network” in a particular way. It's just an opportunity to meet like-minded counsellors, talk shop, and connect over a cuppa. Who is this for? Counsellors and psychotherapists working in private practice Therapists who would value connecting with local colleagues Those interested in building ethical referral relationships and community Students counsellors considering a future in Private Practice are welcome& What this event is: A relaxed, friendly networking space Peer-led and informal Free to attend What this event isn’t: CPD or training A sales or promotional event Attendance is free, with an optional donation to help support future networking events. Spaces are limited to keep the event intimate, so booking is required. If you work in private practice and would value connecting with local colleagues in a supportive, low-pressure environment, you’d be very welcome. The first event in the series is kindly being hosted by Long Valley Training in Hythe.
